Brandon Calovski
Born and raised in Newcastle I grew up playing sports and quickly became interested in exercise and health. Being an avid supporter of local sports teams the Newcastle Knights and Jets, ultimately led to enrolling in a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. During this time I began to understand and immerse myself in the benefits of what leading an active lifestyle can do for the body and mind.
Upon completion, I continued to pursue my interests by studying Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University. Graduating in 2022, I strive to develop greater knowledge in an industry that forever changes lives. I am interested in and have worked with a broad spectrum of health from Musculoskeletal injury, mental health, cardiovascular implications, and much more. The beauty of exercise completed with the appropriate guidance can lead to a fruitful and fulfilling life. I aim to achieve these outcomes with every person i have the opportunity to work with and see them flourish.
